Why not take the time to practise abseiling before taking part in a charity event with an audience and maybe even press attending! Because let’s face it, you wouldn’t put on a West End Show without rehearsals first!
You can either book on to an existing course or we can organise a group session for you and your team so you can all cheer each other on before taking on the big challenge. We run these from our base near East Grinstead in East Sussex.
